1)Half of the payment must be paid upfront upon completion of the sketch(Unless the commission is a sketch, then the full price must be paid upfront)2)Commissioners can request WiP at any part of the process.3)The time for completion of the piece varies depending on complexity, simple illustrations can be completed within 2 days and detailed/complex pieces can take 3+ months (although rare)4)Due to the artist's backlog/schedule, faster completion or deadlines may require extra fees.5)Once the picture is finished, small changes like colour adjustments / adding small details (or fixing mistakes) could be done for free.6)Any large changes (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged extra. Please ensure to review the initial WIP previews properly.7)Large and resized versions of the artwork are sent after completion.8)Commissioner can only post full-sized artwork with a watermark by the artist and direct credit.9)Layered files and PSDs are included for VTuber model commissions only.10)The artist may post the finished artwork as well.11)Private artwork or withholding the artist from posting may cost extra.12)The purchase is for digital artwork (not any sort of physical material).13)The drawing may or may not be used in a speed paint video. You cannot request this or pay for it.14)Refunds are not offered.15)Commissioner/Artist may not share each other's personal/contact details with third parties.16)Paying for the invoice means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions.
